Summary of Responsibilities :

Reporting to assigned Sales Manager(s), responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Act as a direct support to assigned sales managers, in all aspects of the position from lead generation, contracting, and follow-up for all Regional Mountain properties.
  • Field general inquiries and direct information on behalf of Sales Manager
  • Respond to inquiries from established and prospective clients in the absence of the Sales Manager
  • Execution and organization of creative and passionate site inspections showcasing CLL's unique selling proposition. Involvement in client activities / onsite entertaining for all market segments as needed.
  • Communication of detail re. site inspections with operating departments to ensure flawless execution
  • Entertainment of clients in absence of and in conjunction with Sales Manager
  • Share knowledge of The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise's heritage, facilities and programming (ie. environmental / heritage initiatives)
  • Assist and support the relevant marketplaces for other projects as assigned
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
  • Integration within the Sales team and with other team members in Conventions, Guest Services and throughout the hotel
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve systems and procedures
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
