Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist the department management to achieve the goals of growing sales and market share.
Assess the market conditions and identify current and prospective opportunities for personal banking business expansion and product enhancement.
Plan, coordinate, and represent the Bank in various social events and marketing campaigns to promote the Bank's reputation and products.
Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and specialized business analysis report to locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that will meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Actively reaching out to prospective high net worth customers to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
Perform additional duties as directed by the Department Head.
Requirements / Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of personal banking service experience with solid knowledge in retail banking and familiar with local financial market and products.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably commerce, accounting, finance related.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to employ analytical tools and statistics to provide analysis opinions.
Well-developed presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work accurately within deadlines.
