Data Management to join our team. Reporting to the Data Management Supervisor, the incumbent’s primary role is to manage the data integrity around our benefit enrollment information.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for HR systems, vendor management and process improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

Leading a small team, ensures data integrity and timelines are met to ensure accurate payroll deductions for all benefits.

Interfaces and creates effective partnerships with internal clients (HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, various Audit teams) and external vendors across North America.

Provides training and mentoring to staff.

Performs validation activities and audits for data entered into Oracle and third-party systems and coordinates any necessary corrections.

Ensures data exchanged with outside vendors is accurate and interfacing properly.

Suggests process changes based on outcomes to improve existing processes and leads testing initiatives.

Serves as a back-up for all team functions and may perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Modern office equipment

Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills

HRIS Systems (preferably Oracle)

Data management best practices and principles

Human Resources general policies, procedures and guidelines, particularly as they relate to benefit programs

Project management, problem solving, critical thinking / reasoning

Data analytics, auditing principles and process documentation

French language is not required, but would be an asset

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Prior supervisory experience preferred.

An ability to manage a heavy workload, with a close attention to detail.

Have impressive communication skills and ability to lead a team to meet tight deadlines.

The ability to work and lead in a virtual, large employer environment.

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
