Job Description

  • Managing customer / consumer calls and determining the requirements and needs of each respectively.
  • Answer product questions and provide technical support and information requested.
  • Provide information on health, nutrition, product information, cautions and follow-up to the customer / consumer.
  • Log all calls in CRM Notes and update with all subsequent follow-up in detail through to resolve 24 hour deadline
  • Communicate effectively with the department or personnel best suited to qualify, investigate or provide information needed to answer customer / consumer calls / emails and follow though to resolve.
  • Documenting and managing the reporting of adverse event reactions claims
  • Provide internal staff, including Sales Reps, with the product information support and training as requested.
  • Composing letters and e-mail responses to retailers, consumers, health professionals and internal staff.
  • Attend department meetings prior to shift start when required.
  • Technical

  • Bachelor’s degree nutrition or related field
  • RH, RHN preferred
  • 3 years of experience in a related field in the Natural Food industry
  • Working knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations related to dietary supplements
  • Technical Computer literacy
  • Strong knowledge of Natural Factors products and procedures
