Our client, one of the best-known and most respected healthcare brands in the world, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team.
In this role you are responsible for leading and directing the execution of business strategies at the customer in order to deliver Consumer Health Products category and brand objectives as well as achieving customer revenue & profit targets
Establish and develop business relationships with key customer personnel as well as multi-departmental contacts within customer account
Develop and maximize performance objectives such as sales volume, contribution, trade spending, promotional plans, business development plans, market penetration and gross profit targets for specific categories.
Regular and frequent contact with customers and internal staff in marketing, management, finance and supply chain.
Work with Marketing / Category Management in the preparation of sales materials for existing lines, other promotions and new product launches to maximize impact at retail.
Conducts analysis of business results vs. objectives using knowledge of customer’s business to interpret current and future market conditions and trends.
5-6 years sales experience in Consumer Packaged Goods-specific to 1 or more leading Canadian retailers , i.e. Rexall, Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaw’s, Wal-Mart
Post-Secondary Education Business education preferred.
