We are seeking a full-time administration professional to join our team! The successful candidate will act as the main stakeholder for the Ministry of Health and Long-
Term Care (MOHLTC) funded Physiotherapy program.
Responsibilities : Claim Processing
Supervise and providing training regarding internal claim process for submissions
Reviewing the completeness of patient information entered by the clinics
Submitting the claim submission files, downloading error reports, downloading monthly Remittance Advice Files, and any other communication documents from MOHLTC.
Communicating with the clinic administrators regarding any rejection errors, discrepancies, and other issues.
Providing solutions and directing the clinic administrators on the corrective actions for submission issues.
Completing and maintaining the report for ODSP / OW patients without OHIP coverage.
Creating and distributing tracking sheets for clinics
Reviewing, analyzing, resolving, and settling any discrepancies in the Remittance Advice Files.
Assisting with quarterly outcome reporting and completing the annual settlement reports.
Regularly (monthly and annually) completing financial reconciliation and reconciliation of discharged cases.
Collaborating with Accounting and Finance department
Providing the necessary training and follow up on administration process to clinic administrators
Providing updates on the program administrative user guide and documents
Continuously providing feedback to IT team for the improvement of the systems and participating in end-user testing as appropriate.
In-person and Telephonic customer service experience, ideally from a medical clinic setting
Understanding of medical terminology is an asset
Health-related educational background is preferred
Data entry experience considered an asset
