Objective :

You execute and coordinate the daily operations in the warehouse, from receiving to assembly line deliveries including moves to and from storage locations, picking, daily counts, materials move and train moves.

All movements are also recorded within the ERP system.

Organization Reporting

  • Hierarchical Reporting : Warehouse Manager
  • Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and distribute all the warehouse tasks and activities (split by area) according to the planning
  • Analyze discrepancies in stock
  • Lead daily meeting and fill in KPIs
  • Act as the first point of contact from production request
  • Launch and coordinate the daily counting / inventory requirement
  • Support the team in case of technical issues
  • Receiving : Validate material receipt and perform inbound put-away
  • Perform PO receipt via SAP and IR Scanner
  • Picking and kitting of material to meet production demands
  • Deliver material to the Production Line as required
  • Picking, Packing and shipping of material
  • Inventory counting and validation
  • Heavy parts movement via Overhead Crane
  • Operate train moving equipment to perform production line movement
  • Skills / Experience

  • High school diploma
  • Background : Warehouse Operations : Shipping / Receiving, Picking, Material Handling
  • SAP & IR scanner experience a PLUS
  • Has already coordinate activities in warehouse or in production
  • Leadership mindset and good communication skills
  • Mandatory experience : 4 years in a similar function
  • Fluent in English
  • Mandatory : Counterbalance and Reach Truck Certification, crane movement experience is a plus
  • Strong Knowledge of warehouse activities, Crane operation a PLUS
