We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful Talent Acquisition Consultant will collaborate with the lead recruiter as well as the Talent Acquisition manager on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal Talent Acquisition Consultant holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Consultant are to collaborate with the lead recruiter to attract, hire and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with hiring managers to define and prioritize candidate needs and requirements and writing compelling job descriptions.
  • Initiate job requisition process.
  • Devise the optimum recruitment sources for each position. These include but are not limited to career sites, LinkedIn, candidate databases and referrals.
  • Review applications, pre-screen, interview and assess candidates.
  • Ability to do creative sourcing.
  • Assist with interview logistics (schedule interviews, interview debriefs, help coordinate travel etc.)
  • Assist with final selection and drive the offer process.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition on global employer branding or recruitment marketing projects on an as needed basis.
  • May assist with N America recruiting projects on an as needed basis.
  • Attend networking events as well as assist in hosting in house networking events
  • Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of successful experience working as a recruiter.
  • Prior recruiting experience at technology companies highly desirable
  • Strong phone, interviewing, people skills.
  • Professionalism and organizational skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, coordination etc.)
  • Familiarity Recruitment Software and Applicant Tracking (Ex : Greenhouse)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • BA in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
