Provide financial analysis and coordination for the Finance Business Partners who support the Commercial Directors and Leadership Team members for Consumer Healthcare Canada.
Support Expert Marketing and Insight areas to analyze, develop budget, forecast and provide business partnering support for business case and projects
Update and coordinate A&P spend for month-end, update file A&P tracker, forecasting and reporting
Support short-term and long-term special project analytical needs within all areas of the business unit.
Update PO tracking tool with new POs
Review A&P for the month and update YTG forecast. Reconcile with PO Tracking tool to ensure all spend has been accounted for and document any changes to CMF for compliance
Update A&P Tracker with latest month A&P spend, prepare file with month end actual, aligning with the team for month end actual, reconcile A&P Tracker to A&P Changes file for CMF Reporting
Prepare A&P upload file for CMF upload into BI
Prepare A&P tracker for planning purposes
Update WBS owners via DCF Forms
Reconcile Account 2021014 Promotions
Attend Day 2-3 month end review and contribute aligned A&P number
Update and provide LT, Finance and Marketing team monthly Brand P&Ls
Prepare journal entries for corrections / adjustments for A&P Tracker
Prepare journal entries for accruals and reclasses for A&P samples. Validate with Finance business partner to reclass to correct WBS
Update Open PO Report for A&P with new monthly Open POs. Send email to all PO owners to update Open PO Report, review all A&P accruals to ensure that Open PO report has been completed properly, work with Brand manager on closing prior year POs and Prepare journal entry for month end A&P Accrual
Work on end to end sample process to be improved for A&P budgeting and forecasting.
Update and manage company store pricing for current and new launches. Prepare price analysis to recommend price to Sodexo
3 Years of related experience on Finance / Accounting and Business Partnering
College diploma Administration, Business, Accounting
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
Computer literacy / proficiency on mainframe and stand-alone PC’s, with a superior working knowledge of windows software applications and system controls.
University Degree with added knowledge of SAP
