Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of a retail establishment in the field of optics; Manage staff and assign tasks;

Adjust and follow up on contact lens clients;
Take measurements and cut / edit;
Solve vision problems;
Ensure the achievement of the sales objectives of the store;
Assume the management of activities related to the operation of the store;
Establish and ensure the application of standards, procedures and programs established by the marketing department;
Ensure rigor to the New Look sales protocol;
Provide customer service in line with the standards established by New Look and respond to customer requests and problems;
Determine staffing needs, including hiring, training and retention of staff.
