We’re seeking a full-time Trading Services Specialist to join our all-star team in the heart of Toronto’s financial district.
You’ll be joining our Equities Market Operations team who currently supports our trading and market data line of business.

Front-line Level One support for our trading community / Participating Organizations with respect to our core equities trading enterprise.
Interpret client requests and take appropriate action to produce high levels of customer satisfaction that are balanced with business needs.
Ensuring all aspects of market quality are met as it relates to the Market Opening, Price Band violations and Stock Halts / Resumptions through informed judgement in conjunction with relevant news, and information from various sources.
Engaged in the QA and business requirements processes for new equity trading corporate deliverables.
Provide timely communication to the street on product and operational announcements.
Educating our client base with respect to data content, interpretation, and technical specifications for all equities products and services
Responsible for the oversight / administration of all corporate actions occurring with our listed issuers
Integral part of the delivery of all Incident Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
Skills and Experience
3-5 years of industry experience
Post-secondary education in business, economics or a related discipline
Experience in an operational environment within equities trading and capital markets considered an asset
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills; knowledge of Google G Suite / Salesforce with an aptitude for learning new technologies and applications.
The position requires a variety of shifts between 7 : 00 am to 5 : 30 p.m.
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Trader Training Course is an asset
