Responsibilities include :

  • General administration activities including calendar management and scheduling
  • Marketing, organizing and coordinating events including trade shows
  • International shipping and receiving duties
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Key Requirements :

  • Experience with international shipping and receiving

  • Effective communication skills and a strong ability to multi task
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Minimum 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience
