Our client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst for a 1 year contract, with high likelihood of extension, in Ottawa ON!
Analyze, document and validate business requirements from business users and function specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Document process flows for current / proposed processed, workflows, and data flows.
Prepare use cases, create and define test plans and test cases.
Interface between business and technical teams and translate technical and business requirements.
Communicates with project managers, subject matter experts, end users and Senior Executive.
Determines staffing requirements and selects team members.
Must-Have Skills :
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering business requirements and business process documentation
Experience developing Use Cases and performing User Acceptance Testing
Experience with creating process flows / workflows
Proficient with Microsoft Visio
Experience with facilitating workshops
Nice to Have Skills :
Bilingual in English and French
