Financial Analyst

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for coordinating with other members of the finance team to prepare financial reports, dashboards, reconciliations and variance analysis for management, executives and the board of directors.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include :

Preparing financial statements, models, forecasts and dashboards for management, executives and the Board of Directors.

Reconciliation and analysis of various financial accounts including Fixed Assets, and Intangibles.

Cash Management including online banking platforms.

Budgeting and variance analysis.

Assisting with SRED credits / process.

Processing travel expense reports and processes.

Preparing journal entries, working papers, reports and schedules.

Assisting with ERP implementation.

Duties and projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position will have :

Enrolled in CPA or equivalent education or equivalent background.

Proficient in MS Office, with a strong understanding of Excel.

Able to prioritize and multitask in order to meet deadlines.

A strong communicator with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

Interested in process improvement with a strong attention to detail.

An independent professional who enjoys working as part of team.
