Your future duties and responsibilities

As a system administrator, you will be called upon to work on different projects and to collaborate in the smooth running of these.

You will have to interact with different teams as well as our project management team. You will have to take care, of course, of the installation and the configuration of systems in addition to having to execute the migration towards new platforms, to participate in the management of change with our customers.

You will also have to participate in the development or improvement of scripts.

Here are the main tasks :

  • Implement solutions, modifications, installations and carries out maintenance work;
  • Perform evolution activities on the servers (installations, modifications, etc.);
  • Coordinate the delivery of services in collaboration with other second level service groups (Security, Telecommunications, Virtualization, DBA), Level 3 technical specialists and external providers.
  • Meet the client's requests according to the contractual terms;
  • Ensure the development and updating of procedures and documentation;
  • Prepare reports for clients according to their needs;
  • Create, suspend, and remove security accounts on servers;
  • Is responsible for routine testing and analysis;
  • Administer disk spaces;
  • Apply security patches as needed;
  • Use software tools and hardware to diagnose and resolve problems / failures;
  • Solve problems according to established procedures;
  • Use standard procedures and tools to perform the established service and maintenance tasks;
  • Any other tasks requested by the manager.
