This is an entry level position
This positon is to start immediately
Working with the Production of cheese making. Must understand microbiology which is involved in cheese making. Must be able to life 50lbs must be able to take equipment apart and put back together.
Must be able to speak read and write english to be able to maintain and update documents and SOP's (Standard Operation Procedures) according to CFIA and third pary audit findings
Perform housekeeping on equipment.
Assist with any other duties as needed from Production Managers.
