    What you'll do : This role is responsible for the planning, development and implementation marketing strategies, programs and communication activities that contribute to the growth of the Loblaw Brands.

    You will use your strong understanding of digital marketing to contribute to the development, innovation and engagement of our brands and digital marketing platforms.

    You will also contribute to building our leading brands through holistic multi-channel plans that include digital, traditional and retail channels.

    You will demonstrate the passion and agility to champion and build our world class brands and programs. + Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan identifying brand objectives, strategies and KPI's + On-

    going monitoring and reporting of consumer, competitor and brand activity with analysis and recommendations + Collaboration within marketing team, cross functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless, executional excellence of plans and programs + Development and delivery of customer focused creative briefs that inspire internal and external agencies and stakeholders + Use of performance based marketing acumen to influence effectively across the organization to shape the development of integrated campaigns and brand building initiatives + Driven by working in a fast paced, ever changing environment that continually advances the business and brands through design thinking and agile processes.

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in advertising, marketing or customer based management role + University or college degree in business, marketing or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job + Experience, understanding and continual curiosity in the space of performance marketing / digital marketing platforms, innovation and consumer engagement + Ability to distill information and develop focused / measurable strategies + Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple and complex projects + Good judgment and experience in the development of creative / communications + Understanding and experience in budget management Travel will be required to offices Downtown Toronto and Brampton How You'll Succeed : At Loblaw, we seek great people to continually strengthen our culture.
