Responsibilities :

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures
  • Provide expertise and hands-on support in a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, compensation, recruitment / retention, disability management, and Employee Wellness
  • Coach and develop a team of HR and Customer Service associates
  • Build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Identify and address continuous improvement opportunities within HR, and Customer Service processes and data sources
  • Develop communication plans, prepare, and deliver required communications, presentations, and correspondence
