Position Overview : What you'll do :
What you'll do :
Deliver, maintain and exceed customer service quality standards as established by Hospitality Department
Maintain a positive attitude and provide friendly, professional and enthusiastic service at all times
Demonstrate accurate knowledge of pricing and products offered
Organize, operate and control bar to consistently deliver timely service and quality products
Prepare and serve bottled beverages, mixed drinks and beverages from dispensing bar to guests
Ensure drinks are made as per set recipes
Manage bar / depot set up including cleaning, organizing and stocking
Consistently present and maintain clean and neat work area
Record sales and process payments in our point of sales systems
Maintain and control bar stock as per set par levels
Conduct inventory and complete assigned check lists
Dismantle, clean, close and lock bar and secure product at end of shift
Complete all paperwork and reporting required for location including shift inventory
Communicate to all Servers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experience
Qualifications : What we're looking for :

Minimum one (1) year of restaurant / customer service experience in a similar environment
Smart Serve certification a requirement
Able to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and guests Listen and Connect

Ability to know where to look or research where to find the right answer Be Bold
Ability to communicate effectively in person on the phone and by e-mail Listen and Connect
Ability to partner with team members in all facets of WEG Trust our Team
