Must have a minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience as a senior business systems analyst leading, managing and delivering new and changed business processes and procedures for large scale projects with multi stakeholders and high complexity and with at least one project that has a significant element of organizational change management.
Experienced working at a senior management level.
Experienced conducting stakeholder meetings.
Experienced identifying key stakeholders and critical success factors for projects.
Experienced in gathering business requirements from users, departments, internal information services employees, as well as external parties.
Experienced in documenting business processes and requirements, project scope, work breakdown structures and development of business case and project charters.
Experienced in developing cost- benefit / alternatives analysis, risk assessment and providing recommendations.
Experienced in identifying and recommending time-frame, resources and budget requirements.
Demonstrate working knowledge on project management, quality assurance, change management disciplines and best practices.
Ability to mentor, coach and support key stakeholders and demonstrate excellent knowledge transfer skills at all levels of the organization.
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to facilitate dialogue and communicate resolution of complex issues with a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior executives of the organization and multiple stream leads.
