The Opportunity :
As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will lead the commercialization of their assigned category, providing expert knowledge of brand and consumers interactions, channel development and consumer communications campaigns with a diverse product portfolio.
A snap shot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do :
Develop marketing plans that achieve brand strategy, channel growth and share targets
Responsible for the complete financial management and targets of the entire category on a weekly and monthly basis
Execute highly important innovation and product strategies
Work closely with Sales to understand and execute against specific customer strategies or tactics
Responsible for category specific brand management and communication
Lead the annual business reviews & planning process
Coach colleague performance, skill development and achievement of professional aspirations

What you will bring :
Bachelor’s Degree plus track record of results within a CPG environment.
Must be proactive and performance driven, have a bias for action and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Experience managing a large complex business with a proven success in market with brand management.
A strong team player, mentor and coach to direct reports & cross-functional team members with well-developed people interaction skill set.
The ability to adapt easily to changing market dynamics.
Competency requirements :
Commercial Acumen and P&L Management Solid understanding of key drivers of the P&L with ability to recommend changes required to move the business forward.
