To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Creative Director in our Montreal office.
VIBRANT Ideation & Marketing
Reporting to and collaborating with the Director, Brand Strategy, the Creative Director will be responsible for setting the creative vision for the experiences we develop with our clients.
A key component of the role will be leading the rest of the Creative team to ensure that each experience is pushed beyond industry standards.
Leading and collaborating with the creative team
Contributing to the growth of VIBRANT’s experiential campaigns by using a creative approach
Working closely with strategists and account managers
Determining the amount of team members required for the successful completion of each project
Effectively communicating each project’s requirements to the creative team
Ensuring that all projects are innovative and meet the client’s expectations
Presenting Experiences to clients
Assisting the Company in developing a strong and efficient creative team
Motivating and keeping the creative team engaged
Collaborating with printers, videographers, photographers and other partners to help realize a vision
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Minimum 6-10 years of agency experience
Strong sense of leadership and creativity
Autonomous with the ability to work well with teams
Dynamic and flexible
Ability to bring projects to fruition
Ability to create a sense of trust between team members
Maintain a global vision of work under his / her supervision
Creative vision and approach that goes beyond industry standards
Creative approach that focuses on experiential and digital marketing
Ability to establish and maintain a relationship of trust with clients and to act as an expert advisor
Experience with managing a team
Strong understanding of creative processes and experiential marketing
Familiar with editing software and it’s involvement in the production process
Fluent in French and English, both oral and written
