Border Connect is looking for enthusiastic, conscientious people to join our e-manifest / customer support team. The support specialist guides customers through our software, assists with new customer set-up, and processes e-manifests accurately and in a timely fashion.
Successful candidates will have intermediate level computer proficiency, will be detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Successful candidates must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
Accurately process time-sensitive documents
Verify the accuracy of team members’ work
Provide support for end users (tech support)
Guide new customers through the software
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Professional level communication skills verbal and in writing
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Listen and understand information provided orally and in writing
Communicate information professionally verbally and in writing
Intermediate level computer skills with typing speed of approximately 25 wpm
Customs and international trade knowledge preferred
Transportation Industry (trucking, logistics, dispatching) experience preferred
