We are looking to source Regional Sales Managers for Ontario who are talented, highly-driven, highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in sales to help build the company over the next 3 to 5 years.
Regional Sales Managers work independently and are responsible for regional growth and expansion. Transactions are sourced through end-
users, equipment vendors and manufacturers and typical transaction sizes range from $100,000 to $2,500,000. Credit decisions are made locally.
The company offers an entrepreneurial small company approach to doing business emphasizing customer service and relationships with the financial capabilities of a large institution.
Responsibilities Develop new leads and close financing in their respective territory
Minimum annual origination capabilities of $4,000,000
Qualifications 10 years origination experience in the construction, fleet transportation or waste industries with an emphasis on end-user originations
In-depth knowledge of their respective industry, territory and equipment values
Expertise in pre-screening transactions, compiling credit packages, structuring and pricing both purchase money and refinance transactions, and asset remarketing
