Outbound Sales Specialist
S&P Data is currently seeking Sales Representatives who will be connecting with existing customers to upgrade existing packages and renew contracts (no cold calling).
The successful candidates are those that can provide a professional connection to residential customers, analyzing current needs and enhance their experience through recommending new products.

What you will be doing :
Handle Outbound calls from our existing customers working in our virtual Work from Home operating environment
Build rapport , create great customer experiences by presenting product and service solutions that resolve customer requests and prevent customer churn by following through on commitments This includes asking probing questions, actively listening, explaining benefits, handling objections
Be sales focused, driving incremental revenue by upselling our products to existing customers
Achieve multiple performance metrics to earn uncapped monthly commissions
Comfortable with outbound calling and managing multiple applications
Working in a goal-oriented environment, i.e. sales targets, call duration time, quality assurance, customer retention
Manage call flows and provide first call resolution
Meet company service and quality standards
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
What you bring :
At least 6-months experience selling a product or service; upselling experience preferred
At least 1-year experience in customer service
Experience in Call center environment is a plus
Completed high school diploma or higher
Available to work on a flexible schedule : days, evenings, and weekends to meet customer demand
Demonstrated skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
Excellent active listening and communication skills
Customer Champion : passionate about providing world class customer service and sales solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills (Microsoft tools : Teams, Office 365, Internet Browsing, and Multiple Tools Within Citrix) and comfort working with wireless devices
Ability and Willingness to be seated for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate proficiently in English
Important Details :
Permanent Full Time Hours of Work : Shift timings are between Monday to Friday 2PM- 9PM EST
No weekends or late nights!
Base wage $15.70 per hour
Dedicated and Distraction Free Workspace
