A well-established General Contractor is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their friendly team in their modern office situated in Burnaby.
This General Contractor focuses on commercial tenant improvement, building envelope and new construction up to $10million.

Your new role
As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent on several projects at one time from beginning to end.
You will help develop and maintain relationships, manage change orders, assist with project budgeting, administrate RFIs, enforce contractual responsibilities and ensure the project close out is efficient.
What you'll need to succeed
This job requires you to have 2 years' related construction experience in a similar role and proficient in using computer software.
You should be able to prioritize multiple tasks at one time, have good attention to detail and be able to meet strict deadlines.
