Here’s how we work :

Our office of innovation located in Toronto, is looking to bring on-board a seasoned Product Manager to manage our asset management products.

Most of the things you’ll work on :

  • Establish and deliver product(s) vision and strategic roadmap; provide leadership to ensure product remains ahead of market and valuable to users
  • Establish and build partnerships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to align on corporate vision, objectives and priorities specific task related to user / stakeholder experience
  • Developing and evolving the overall product strategy to drive organic growth (revenue, customer count, usage, and volume)
  • Developing and providing oversight of line of business strategy, technical direction, and marketing aspects of the product portfolio
  • Defines clear success metrics and supporting your team to achieve them
  • Communicating and collaborating with Leaders from multiple disciplines
  • Lead cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, design and analytic teams
  • Analyses of product and customer requirements; conceptualization of requirements into product features; use case definition
  • Provides sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product
  • Act as a SME for appropriate product related inquiries
  • You can comfortably communicate
  • Creating and maintain the business plan including pricing
  • Discovering and validating market problems (both existing and future customers)
  • Representing Product Management as you identify develop and manage channel and technical partnerships
  • You'll need to have :

  • Understand the competitive landscape. Build relationships with customers in the field, and use a strong understanding of market trends to identify product opportunities
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management (design, planning, launch, support)
  • Bachelors Degree in a related discipline (Technology, Commerce, Marketing)
  • Master’s degree considered an asset
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting and finance
  • Proven track record in successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience should include increasing leadership responsibilities culminating in either a senior manager or director level position.
  • Ability to understand technology and leverage capability for new purposes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to apply innovative thinking to projects
  • Experience in variety of business units; knowledge of operational functions is an asset
  • Proven progression through wide variety of positions
  • Strong background in defining and implementing new processes and initiatives including achieving positive buy-in’ from all groups involved
  • Excellent problem solving, time management and organizational skills
