BDC / Call Centre
Stouffville Hyundai is looking to add a Full-Time BDC / Call Centre agent. The successful candidate will have great communication skills (written / verbal), be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable talking on the phone for most of the day.
Contact customers daily to confirm upcoming appointments, verify / update customer data, capture the email address
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with every customer contact
Answer Inbound calls with customer inquiries / appointment dates and times
Check frontline Dealership Service Appointment Calendar and properly schedule appointments
Outbound calling to confer with customers in order to provide information about recommended maintenance and services
Outbound calling with promotional offers to targeted customers both for sales and service
Respond to email inquiries quickly and efficiently
Schedule service appointments
Maintain, cleanse and update customer vehicle database.
Respond to customer needs and work together with frontline Dealership Service Manager / Advisor for exceptional customer experience.
Maintain a pleasant telephone manner and assist customers as required.
Act as initial contact for customer complaints, and get appropriate individuals involved to resolve matters.
Follow all company and manufacture policies, directives and procedures.
Attend all department meetings.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications : High School Diploma.
High School Diploma.
1-2 years’ customer service experience, an asset.
Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
Pleasant telephone manner.
Effective listening and communication skills.
Strong concentration capabilities.
Manual dexterity for typing / keyboarding.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work Full-Time hours.
Any type of sales experience is considered an asset.
