The Daily Routine :
Help a growing team develop, optimize, and maintain processes to deliver consistent results Work cross-functionally with members of the Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to maintain and improve our product Contribute to the prioritization of projects and features on the company roadmap, and work through any challenges that threaten the delivery of those initiatives Be the voice of the customer.
Develop effective feedback loops to understand stakeholder insights and translate them into better features and products Identify roadblocks and opportunities for the product, contributing to the company’s growth and help extend our competitive edge Create customer-
focused content for our Knowledge Base and the Uberflip Hub to share best practices with all Uberflip customers
The Ideal Candidate Will Have :
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment Excellent communication skills across multi-departments BS or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, UI / UX or a related field 3+ years product management experience and proven success in developing a SaaS product from Ideation to launch!
