Purpose :

  • The Senior Manager, Enterprise Productivity plays a key role in supporting business partners in developing ambitious plans to structurally transform their cost base while improving productivity;
  • protecting and supporting the end customer experience in a manner that is compliant with governing regulations. This role will support the execution of major structural cost programs within International Banking as well as have oversight and accountability for smaller Enterprise Productivity initiatives.

    Accountabilities :

  • Develops and influences long and short term strategic initiatives to optimize operations (costs, revenue,
  • quality, etc.) by leveraging internal expertise, best in class systems processes and tools, comparing to
  • external benchmarks, augmenting expertise and pushing the bank towards top tier performance.
  • Defines the business solution by identifying and validating opportunities by applying structural
  • transformation levers such as spans, benchmarking, analytics, process improvements and digitization.
  • Leads analytics for major Enterprise Productivity initiatives
  • proactively identifying data needs
  • managing data collection and
  • executing best in class analytics
  • validating and refining with clients and Enterprise Productivity leadership
  • Actively disseminates knowledge and best practices within the team and with business partners and contributes to building the capabilities of the Enterprise Productivity Team
  • Supports the delivery of Enterprise Productivity program globally by :
  • Identifying and managing dependencies between individual projects and overall strategy;
  • Prioritize solutions, deep dives and implementations based on multiple businesses strategies and / or geographies, to optimize business value;
  • Drives a continuous improvement and customer focused culture through deepening client relationships
  • and leveraging broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Spanish fluency is mandatory
  • 3+ Bank and / or financial services industry, consulting experience
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge in financial analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience with presentation and analytical tools
  • MBA is preferred
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic business environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • University degree with finance, business administration or engineering designation preferred
  • Excel and PowerPoint power user
  • Experience in planning, managing and executing managerial analytics
