Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for talented and outgoing individuals for our BDC / Internet Sales department.
BDC / Internet Sales Representatives will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.
g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls). BDC Representatives will strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership, as well as in marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources.

Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or text)
Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
Establishes sales quotas and manages overall sales goals
Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email text, and chat
Monitors and adjusts inventory to optimize customer choice
Helps maintain the dealership's website, including taking photos of current inventory
Prominently displays web address throughout the dealership, on business cards, in all dealership advertising, and in all other appropriate media
Helps promote the dealership online via Social Media outlets (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate has customer service and / or a general sales background of some sort, is a hard working professional with experience providing exceptional customer service and looking to make a career change, or a college graduate looking to pursue a career in sales..
Previous customer service experience
Previous call center and / or Internet sales experience a plus
Sales experience is a plus, NOT required
E-Leads CRM experience a plus
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong Computer and Phone abilities (Internet, MS, Outlook, CRM)
Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis
