Customer Service Agent - Job Responsibilities
Responds to customer services inquiries in person, via email or over the phone based on training provided
Order Entry into multiple applications
Analyze and interpret customer's situation to respond to and make recommendations related to basic service, order and billing inquiries.
Provides courteous customer service to all clients / customers concerning account relationships and other customer questions
Potential opportunities to either up-sell or expand the mix of products and services appropriate to the customer
