    Job Title : Technical Support Analyst (DMP Logistics)

    Business Unit : Program Services Accounts

    Reports to (Title) : Team Lead - DMP Logistics

    General Accountability :

    The Technical Support Analyst (DMP Logistics) reports to the Team Lead - DMP Logistics. The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for receiving equipment, picking orders, inventory control, shipping orders, and surplus activities.

    Specific Accountabilities :

  • Perform inventory control including receiving, picking and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Checks goods against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Maintains records of received goods
  • Retrieve data from computer as requested
  • Enters shipping and receiving data into the ITSM and Logistics control systems
  • Delivers items to appropriate location using approved shipping methods
  • Work collaboratively with clients and requestors on requests.
  • Process desktop related Surplus activities using the OSSI system
  • Ensures successful client data removal prior to processing Surplus equipment
  • Promote collaboration between operational teams
  • Other duties as requested by Manager
  • Understands and demonstrates the willingness to promote Acrodex's vision and values.
  • Qualifications (Education / Experience / Skills & Abilities)

  • At minimum you have your High School Diploma.
  • Have an aptitude in using the computer and learning various software applications quickly.
  • CompTIA A+ certification would be considered an asset.
  • Must be able to handle stressful demands of work with ease.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Experience and knowledge in shipping / receiving preferred.
  • Forklift certification would be considered an asset.
  • WHMIS & TDG Certification would be considered an asset.
