Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our growing Human Resources team.
The Learning and Development Administrator is responsible for system administration, front-end support and coordination of all National Talent Management systems and programs.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Coordinate and schedule the delivery of the learning programs including training sessions, workshops, etc.
Administer the talent management programs (Learning Management System (LMS), SpriggHR, HRdownloads, SharePoint, and SurveyMonkey) and ensure systems and information is kept current and relevant.
Provide front-end support and triage all Talent Management enquiries and resolve requests in a timely manner.
Create, maintain and produce system data reports, review with the L&D Manager as required and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with the HRIS Reporting Analyst to create consistent analytics for talent management.
Assist with the creation of a streamlined and efficient support process for the Talent Management team requests.
