Our client, with a Corporate Head Office based in Winnipeg, is a mid-sized national company looking for a professional Executive Assistant to join their team.
Supporting the President, this is a diverse and fast-paced opportunity for a dynamic professional. Responsibilities :
Provide high-level administrative support to the President of the company as well as the rest of the Executive Team as required
Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes, and presentations
Coordinate calendars, travel, and meeting arrangements
Act as a liaison with the Board
Organize events at both a branch level and across the country
A minimum of five years of experience in a fast-paced corporate setting in a similar role
An energetic and outgoing personality
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous experience with social media would be an asset
Related post-secondary education would be an asset
Previous experience working with a board of directors would be an asset
This is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday position. Office hours are 8-4 : 30pm. A highly competitive salary, free parking, group benefits, and matching RRSP plan are being offered.
