We are actively looking for a talented Public Sector Regional Sales Director to grow our Sales Practice (assigned territory would be Eastern Canada Ontario, Ottawa, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island).
This key role will be an integral part of our North American public sector sales team.
The ideal candidate is experienced in selling professional services to large, enterprise customers and self-motivated. The position will need a leader who can adapt, work in a very fast-
paced, enriching environment and can successfully work autonomously.
What We’re Looking For :
Understanding and experience in selling professional services to Canadian public sector accounts.
Understanding and experience in selling Oracle cloud SaaS and on-premise application solutions, including but not limited to ERP, HCM, CRM and EPM.
Track record in upselling to large customers
Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets / quotas
10+ years in ERP Consulting Sales Experience
Experience in Cloud Tech / Infrastructure services, Managed Services, AWS and SFDC sales a plus
Oracle Ecosystem selling experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
Capability to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
Excellent verbal, written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
Organized and detailed oriented
French language skills a plus
Ability to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
