1. Product Preparation & Knowledge of making drinks including blender and espresso based beverages,

2. serving and heating up food,

3. preparing whole and ground bean packages,

4. providing product information to guests,

5. enhancing the guest experience by providing recommendations for complementary and new products (e.g., food, merchandise, cafe cards etc.),

6. cleaning and organizing the facilities (condiment stand, floors, counters, washrooms, tables etc),

7. re-stocking product (e.g. beans, cups, merchandise),

8. equipment maintenance and calibration (espresso machine, grinders, syrup dispensers),

9. cash Handling - completing sales with guests using cash, debit / credit, gift cards,

10. providing excellence customer service,

11. friendly, approachable manner, demonstrating passion and confidence for Second Cup brand

12. standing for extended period of time and some lifting required (between 5 lbs to 25 lbs)

    Dishwashing Skills
