Job Description Summary
Provides expert operational and business test support for computer systems used internally and externally. Responsible for the development and implementation of the system test plan(s) adhering to established procedures.
Manages the effective use of resources to implement assigned projects. Understands the escalation process for approval of the test plan / calendar and for communicating testing discrepancies.
Assist team members as needed.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Understand Project Management fundamentals.
Gain business knowledge across all LOB’s.
Develop and implement project Quality Assurance Plans.
Train and mentor on QA processes.
Lead process improvement initiatives.
Maintain and execute automated testing.
Ability to support processes and functionality across multiple business units with high complexity.
Three years of Technology or Business Testing experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
Bachelors Degree in Technology or a related field preferred.
Four years of Technology, Business Testing, or Quality Assurance experience preferred.
Prior Guidewire and Billing Center experience is a strong asset
