As a result, the Client Partnerships and Client Experience teams play a critical and high-profile role in deepening BCI’s relationships across its client base through broad engagement.
An exciting opportunity now exists for a talented communications / investor relations professional to join this small, highly collaborative, and high-performing team.
Reporting to the Manager, Client Communication, the Senior Advisor, Client Communication will have the critical role of managing and producing educational and informational content for the client portal, briefing notes, supporting client quarterly reporting, and working on other special projects and issues management that may come up.
They will work on a range of projects and collaborate with individuals across the Corporate & Investor Relations team (including Investment, External and Internal Communications, and the Client Relationship teams) as well as BCI’s asset management and operations teams.
While this is a hands-on role, the Senior Advisor will also have a chance to contribute to the development of BCI’s overall client communication strategy and the continued evolution of the relatively new Client Experience team.
The ideal candidate will be a communications or investor relations professional who brings, at a minimum, strong conceptual understanding of capital markets and investment theories and concepts.
They will have developed written and engaging content for diverse audiences and possess superior writing and editing skills and an ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise fashion to senior management and stakeholders.
They will want to understand how to tailor a message to executives of large, complex organizations as well as to lay’ audiences.
The Senior Advisor must also have a strong orientation toward collaboration and be able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
