    Job Summary

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Licensed (Part A) with Ontario College of Pharmacists
  • Our preferred candidate will :
  • Have experience in aseptic technique and handling of chemotherapy and hazardous drugs as the successful candidate will be part of the team supporting our Oncology program
  • Have a Hospital Pharmacy Residency or at least 2 years hospital pharmacy practice experience
  • Have completed Essentials of Oncology for Pharmacists’ through U of T
  • Membership with the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) or Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology (CAPhO) (preferred)
  • Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and verbal
  • Analysis / problem assessment
  • Innovative and willing to learn
  • Commitment to customer service and teamwork
  • Demonstrates individual leadership skills
  • Proven ability to attend work regularly as per the Attendance Support Policy #HA30 and Procedure #HA35
