Purpose of the position

Sous la responsabilité du Chef cuisinier, le / la titulaire du poste assiste le chef et les cuisiniers dans leurs tâches.

Il / Elle participe à la préparation des plats froids et des desserts, effectue la coupe et l’épluchage des légumes ou des fruits, procède au dressage des assiettes, prépare les chariots des repas et participe à l'entretien des équipements et de la cuisine avec le reste de l'équipe.
