Très motivé, capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision. Posséder de fortes compétences techniques capables de s'adapter rapidement aux nouvelles technologies.

Personne soucieuse du détail capable de fournir un travail de qualité dans un environnement qui peut changer rapidement.

Connaissance approfondie du domaine technique dans le domaine cible. Le bilinguisme dans les compétences écrites / orales est essentiel (français et anglais).

Job Summary The Technical Team Lead is the essential communication link between management and the technical team. This individual provides guidance, instruction, and leadership to all resources within the team.

Responsibilities Prioritize day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving. Oversee and facilitate all projects ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Research of new technologies and innovative methods of delivering solutions to customers, as well as determine the feasibility of potential initiatives.

Provide assistance to the technical teams with execution of projects, including gathering requirements, design and architecture, quality assurance, documentation, reporting, and support.

Develop strategies and recommendations for technical architectural system changes and act as the Technical Lead on key initiatives.

Identify process improvements and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance and quality is upheld within the technical environments.

Support and communicate key management decisions to the team. Act as a mentor to Technical Analysts and provide technical direction and leadership.

Act as a delegate when requested to replace the manager for technical and / or business meetings. Manage both team & individual projects.

Take ownership of complex situations by resolving them within the team to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Provide high troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, if necessary.

Quickly understand complex problems and develop effective solutions. Work well under pressure and apply critical decision-making skills when needed.

Effective written and oral communications skills. Effectively work with diverse peers and team members, managers and / or external contacts.

Position Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience within a large enterprise within a technical environment. Result driven individual capable of leading projects and ensure successful outcomes.

Highly motivated who is capable of operating with minimal supervision. Possess strong technical skills capable of quickly adapting to new technologies.

Detail oriented individual who is capable and focused on delivering quality work in a rapidly changing environment. Expert level knowledge of the technical field in target domain area.
