Summary : The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the operational business unit, located in Conklin, Alberta.
This is a part-time, permanent position, with the potential for additional hours during turnarounds or where required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Engage in CEDAs safety culture. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of CEDA’s HSE systems and files
Co-ordinate rotating employee schedule with camp bookings
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to : photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing and filing
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems programs including tracking / reporting duties as required
Provide support / coverage to front reception desk as required - answer telephones and greet incoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Support FSA approval process
Time sheet collection and submittal
Setup and coordinate meetings book travel for attendees if required
Coordinate purchasing and shipping & receiving with Bonnyville office
Participate with Team to keep office clean.
Role Specifications :
2+ years of related work experience
Minimum Grade 12 education related administrative support certificate considered an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (advanced skills), Word (advanced skills), PowerPoint (advanced skills)
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while working with personal information
Ability to act as a change agent and leader within the organization
Well established organizational and time management skills
Analytical ability, with a process improvement approach
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication
Ability to work within fast-paced, team dynamic and changing priority environment but also to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability with high attention to detail
