1 year contract
The primary purpose of the Trainer is to educate clients and Trader employees regarding digital products, processes, policies and provide some light cross-over technical support.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
Conduct online training sessions on products, processes, and policies to clients and employees. Delivery of Webinars and light technical guidance and support when required.
Provide one-on-one and group training sessions internally and externally
Reporting and project management skills required to maintain and update project plans and timelines
