Your primary responsibilities will include :

Provide accounting support to both clients and internal professional staff

  • Accounting services assignments, posting to general ledgers, reconciling accounts, printing and reviewing reports from accounting systems to assist our clients to manage their personal and business affairs to the best advantage;
  • Assist professional staff with year-end client needs

  • QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor client setup, integration, training and firm QBO advisor;
  • A successful candidate will have :

  • A diploma or certificate from a community college in business administration, accounting, or finance;
  • Proficiency with Sage 50, QuickBooks desktop and QBO, and Microsoft Office software (QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification is an asset)

    Ability to quickly and proficiently learn new computer software

  • Relevant experience is an asset;
  • Adaptable to new technologies in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Flexible according to the individual needs of our clients including travel to client locations.
