Ready to become a Mogo product know-it-all? Based out of our Winnipeg office (but remote right now!), the Mogo Product Specialist (CSR) is our member’s go-to for any and all questions pertaining to Mogo’s suite of products.

In this role, we are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a genuine passion for leading edge technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast pace of ever-changing processes and products.

What you’ll do :

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through primarily live chat and email, along with the occasional use of social media and phone calls
  • Use technology and social media platforms effectively to communicate with members
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in all communication
  • Ensure MogoMembers are educated about Mogo’s entire suite of products and understand the benefits
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo, regularly using our suite of products, sharing the brand with friends and family, and providing feedback to the team for improvements
  • What you’ll need :

  • A genuine passion for Mogo’s products and services
  • The ability to convey enthusiasm over any medium (chat, email, phone)
  • Open availability to work full time day, evening, and weekend shifts as required
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private place to work from home (for the time being)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic organization, with a focus on flexibility to keep up with changes
  • Intermediate experience using multiple computer systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Tech savvy, comfortable navigating and working with smart phones, computers, tablets etc
  • Experience working in a call center environment a plus
  • Experience working in a remote environment is an asset
  • Note : This is a Winnipeg based full-time role
