The main product manager will be responsible for managing the creative team. He will ensure compliance with quality standards, costs and deadlines.
He will plan and coordinate the entire design component of the brand and ensure the success of the various stages up to production.
To do this, the product manager will have to lead his team towards the objectives set by Quartz Co. by demonstrating leadership, creativity and a high level of professionalism.
Manage the design department by targeting quality, meeting deadlines and controlling material costs.
Sourcing raw materials and managing the development of fabrics and product linings
Qualifying the new materials used by the company and conducting quality and feasibility tests in collaboration with technical partners of the brand.
Launch prototypes and product samples in accordance with quality and margin objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with different suppliers
Collaborate with the product merchandising department to plan development cycles; development plan follow-up meeting, validation of prototypes, prices.
Manage the relationship with the production department; delivery of technical files, delivery of samples, meetings, costing of products.
Assist the technical team in achieving their objectives
Manage orders placed within the framework of special projects
Essential skills :

3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
