The Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) is a dispersed network of fulfillment centers, powered by machine learning that predicts the closest fulfillment centers and optimal inventory quantities to ensure fast, low cost delivery.

We're looking for multiple Fulfilment Coordinators to assist our Fulfillment Success Management (FSM) team. Our FSM team are at the forefront of providing an amazing merchant experience through the Shopify Fulfillment Network.

You’ll do this through developing strong relationships with each of our FSMs and ensuring that our merchants are having a top notch on boarding process.

Ultimately, you’re here to accelerate the FSM team and elevate the SFN Partner Network. We're building for the long term here and the opportunities for growth are endless.

This is a fully remote role that you can do from the comfort of your home! We are hiring for Eastern, Central and Pacific time zones!

You'll need to have :

  • Customer success, client management, or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in an operations-type role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a relentless attention to detail
  • Data collection and reporting experience with Google Sheets, Keynote and Microsoft Excel Documentation experience
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders. Relationship management is your secret weapon.
  • Knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem. There are many moving parts and you need to see how they fit together.
  • It would also be nice if you had :

  • Warehouse Management Software Systems Experience
  • Warehouse and Fulfillment experience
  • Shopify Shop configuration knowledge & Shopify Apps (Return Magic exp would be awesome!)
  • You'll get to do things like :

  • Create strong relationships with our FSM team
  • Recommend ways to best utilize the SFN platform
  • Point out areas for improvement, including opportunities for product adoption and implementing new Shopify features
  • Triage technical issues to Shopify’s escalated Support teams
  • Work with internal Shopify teams to advocate for merchants’ needs and requests
  • Demonstrate an in depth understanding of industry trends
  • Gather data that will help shape our SFN Partner Network best practices
  • Work alongside and support our current merchants on day to day fulfillment challenges e.g. late or missing orders, transportation claims, etc
