Administrative Assistant

Our client, a very well-known company in the IT field, is looking for a great administrative assistant.

Responsibilities :

  • Complete different receptionist tasks (office supplies, beverage, food and beverage supplies and employee equipment);
  • Handle client equipment procurement (make orders and create POs);
  • Add all invoices for company credit card transactions;
  • Answer phone calls, answer emails and schedule appointments;
  • Handle travel bookings and logistics of corporate events;
  • Create receivables / invoices and make bank deposits;
  • Prepare both import and export shipping documentation.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum a three-year experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written);
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS), in secretarial work or Diploma of Studies; College Diploma (DEC) in office automation
  • or other;
  • Experience in IT is an asset.
  • Advantages :

  • Salary $46,000 - $50,000 annually
