DRAKKAR Digital is looking for a paid media specialist whose main role will be to develop and activate multichannel paid media strategies for their clients and to lead SEO strategies.


  • Manage all paid media initiatives for Paid Social Ads, Google Ads and Google Shopping
  • Define, measure and optimize digital marketing effectiveness, including CPM, CPC, ROAS and conversion metrics through data analytics
  • Define and optimize conversion Key Performance Indicators KPIs through structured testing and analysis
  • Set up monthly performance reports covering all channels
  • In collaboration with the content team, manage messaging and content for all social and digital campaigns
  • Implement single and multivariate tests to increase campaign efficiency A / B testing
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on current events and social / digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact the business

  • A university degree in business, marketing, communication or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience of paid media planning & buying experience, including programmatic, search, and social including influencer marketing
  • Experience working with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Adwords
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques
  • Experience working with MailChimp, Click-dimension and Shopify
  • Experience with growing B2B businesses as well as demand generation for E-commerce
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Dynamics 365, experience with SQL - an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken French and English
  • Ability to work independently, plan daily goals and respect the commitments set
  • Capable of managing numerous projects in a multi-brand context
